by using the services of marbella vip ride, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. services
   Marbella VIP ride provides luxury chauffeur service including airport transfers and conditions.
2. Bookings
   all bookings must be confirmed via whatsapp, email or our website. availability is subject to confirmation.
3. payments
   payments must be agreed upon before the service. prices may vary depending on duration,distance and special requests.
4. cancellations
   cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. late cancellations may be charged.
5. liability
   Marbella VIP ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions or force majeure.
6. conduct
   Clients are expected to behave respectfully. damage to the vehicle will be charged to the client.
7. governing law
   these terms are governed by spanish law.
